New German Restaurant Opening Sunday, June 22, 2014

Please join us for a GRAND OPENING CELEBRATION & RIBBON CUTTING CEREMONY for “BAVARIAN CASTLE”, our newest German Restaurant in Las Vegas.

Time:   6:00 p.m
Location:  BAVARIAN CASTLE German Restaurant, 10890 S. Eastern Ave., Suite 180, Henderson, NV 89052 (S. Eastern, South of I-215, between Horizon Ridge Pkwy. and Sunridge Heights Pkwy.)

Join me and Rosy Sunday to welcome our new German Restaurant Owners:   Rainer and Ulrike Doehler, as well as their general manager Iris.

The Grand Opening Celebration is a Special Event, that serves FREE samples of a small selection of what BAVARIAN CASTLE has to offer.

Guests will be treated to samples of Schnitzel with Peppersauce (Paprikasosse). In addition you can taste samples of Meatballs (Frikadellen), Currywurst with homemade Currysauce, Ulrike´s Sauerkraut, Rainer’s Potato Salad (Kartoffelsalat) from a 100-year old family recipe. Small Partybuns from the German Bread Bakery und French Fries will round up the food selection. Soft drinks are Free. (as long as supplies last)

Don not expect a full dinner here that Sunday. It is a celebration with free samples. The only food items that can be purchased on Sunday, are The Bavarian Castle Bratwurst with a bun or French Fries, at a special event price of $3.50 

There are several German Beers on Sale that night. Warsteiner Pilsner, Paulaner Salvator, Paulaner Thomas Brau, Paulaner Hefeweizen, Paulaner alkoholfrei, all for a Grand Opening price of $3.50. A half-liter König Ludwig Weissbier is on sale at $4,50 Grand Opening price.

There will also be wine opportunities: Canyon Road Cabernet Sauvignon 2012, Canyon Road Chardonnay 2013, Canyon Road Moscato 2013, Canyon Road Pinot Grigio2012, $5/glass.

The German wine selection features Starling Castle Riesling 2012, Schmitt und Söhne Piesporter Michelsberg Spätlese 2011 at $7.50/glass.

After the celebration, Monday is closed (Ruhetag).
Regular restaurant operations start Tuesday, June 24, at 11:00 a.m.

Monday: Closed/Ruhetag
Tuesday - Thursday  11 am - 9 pm
Friday and Saturday   11 am - 10 pm
Sunday                       11 am - 9 pm

Please be there at 6 pm sharp for the ribbon cutting ceremony, outside of the restaurant, to hear Ulrike & Rainer tell us what Bavarian Castle is all about.
