Konzertverschiebung

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

zu meinem großen Bedauern muss ich Ihnen leider mitteilen, dass unser GERMANICVM XL Musikfestival in Las Vegas von September 2014 auf April 2015 verschoben werden musste.

Die sachbearbeitenden Visastellen in den USA, die für unsere Interpretenvisen zuständig sind, konnten trotz zeitgerechter Antragstellung die Visaanträge nicht in der vorgegebenen Frist bearbeiten. Wir wissen bereits, dass unsere Interpreten ihre Visen nicht rechtzeitig erhalten werden, um zeitgerecht zum Festival in Las Vegas einzutreffen.

So mussten wir schweren Herzens die Entscheidung treffen, das deutsch-amerikanische Musikfestival auf 2015 zu verlegen. Die neuen Konzertdaten sind vom 15 – 19 April, wieder im House of Blues (Mandalay Bay) am Las Vegas Strip.

Eine schwerwiegende Entscheidung nicht nur für uns alle, sondern auch für die Interpreten, die sich ganz besonders auf ihre deutsch-amerikanischen Fans gefreut haben. Wir müssen uns jedoch an alle Visagesetze halten und die Verschiebung so akzeptieren.

Falls Sie schon Showtickets gekauft haben, so werden Sie vielleicht schon die Rückbuchung der Tickets auf Ihrem Kreditkartenstatement bemerkt haben. Sofern Sie direkt am House of Blues Tickets in bar bezahlt haben, so können Sie diese anstandslos dort wieder ausgezahlt bekommen.

Begeistert von dem GERMANICVM XL Event wollen sie dazu beitragen, gemeinsam mit uns die deutsche Musikshow am glitzernden Las Vegas Strip zum Erfolg zu führen und im “Entertainment Capital of the World” deutsches Musikgut einfließen zu lassen.

GERMANICVM XL 2014 postponed to April 15-19, 2014, same location

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

It is with disappointment that I have to inform you, that our festival had to be postponed to April 2015.

U.S.C.I.S., the agency in charge of processing our Visa petitions for our German performers, and the Department of State, are delayed in their Visa processing. We now know, that we will not get the performer's visas in time.

So, we had to decide yesterday, that we need to postpone our festival to April 2015. The new show dates are scheduled to be April 15 – 19, 2015 at the same location, the House of Blues inside Mandalay Bay Hotel/Casino.

A costly decision, and a disappointment to the performers and promoters, but we need to be legal and comply with all applicable laws.

Beginning on Tuesday, August 12, 2014 all issued showtickets will be refunded automatically at the place of purchase. Enter our mailing list below to be informed when the April showtickets go on Sale.

I do want to thank You all for the outstanding support, friendship and promotions you showed for our German-American music festival. You certainly helped us bring attention to German music. But your efforts and support were not wasted as you helped raise awareness of the event and the cause. Even local Las Vegas media committed to support the events. The Las Vegas Sun and the Senior connections magazine already published large editorials.

TV- and print media confirmed their interest in additional editorials on the events.

All our performers believe in the GERMANICVM XL festival, and united we stand firm in our commitment to make the German music show on the Las Vegas Strip, THE event to let German music shine in the glittering entertainment capital of the world.

Some of the performers already are hinting to make the April show even more special, with more V.I.P. participation, and V.I.P.’s attending the shows.
